As your Ward 10 candidate, I believe City Hall should work with residents in a transparent, responsive, and results-focused way. My priorities are shaped by what I’m hearing from neighbours across Ward 10 and by years of community leadership.

 

I will listen first, communicate clearly, and follow through with practical, measurable action—so people can see what’s happening, why decisions are made, and whether we’re making progress. In the coming weeks, I will share details on the following commitments, from me to you, as your elected representative.

#2 Smart, Inclusive Growth: growth that fits Ward 10—aligned with infrastructure capacity, neighbourhood character, and fair, meaningful public engagement.
 
#3 Affordable, Attainable Housing: more homes people can actually afford—supporting a better mix of housing options, including practical pathways to ownership for working and middle-income residents.
 
#4 Livable, Safe Neighbourhoods: safer streets and better everyday life—walkability, traffic safety, parks and green space, and community-focused approaches that strengthen neighbourhood well-being.
 
#5 Responsible Spending: disciplined budgeting and real value—prioritizing core services and maintenance, testing spending against outcomes, and being transparent about trade-offs.
